Just found this while googling, it looks cool.

Granted the majority of the interesting courses (mainly music production and songwriting) are just 'Introduction to' courses, but it's just something to keep an eye out for if they do decide to do more advanced ones.

I looked at the Berklee online courses, and even though they are online they seem pretty intensive on your time if you are thinking of doing them as well as working fulltime. Certainly not something to jump into without both feet.
