Those of you looking for a quick way to sound like a pro...here it is:

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/search/vibrato%20odyssey/?

If you are a beginner and practice this for one hour every day in - let's say 3 months - I'd be very surprised if you didn't cause some serious jaw dropping.

Of course getting a relaxed and good vibrato is something that takes time - but I think many shredders don't realize that if they included vibrato practicing in their routine they would very quickly get a better tone. I am saying this because I have personally overlooked vibrato for a very long time - and Ben's lessons have helped me.

Check them out!

PS Can't afford a new amp? Improve your vibrato instead it's cheaper! wink.gif

This is awesome! Vibrato is definitely something what separates beginners from advanced players. Even if you have got chops without it (vibrato) you can't play a musical sounding solo. Definitely recommended series! smile.gif

I'm going to study these as soon is I get some money (in this month) to resubscribe... smile.gif I've been practicing my "regular" vibrato, the kind mr. Lavendell uses, and I'm definitely interested in other styles, too!

Three months, huh? Quite a way to go. Gotta train hard. smile.gif

A good vibrato makes a beginner sound better than a pro-shredder with a bad vibrato.
Many players underestimate that simple fact but a good vibrato is extremely essential the trademark of a guitarist, because everybody has a unique vibrato sound!

I have used this and couldn't have come at a better time. I was just exploring circular vibrato when these videos came out and has been extremely helpful. I use it more than anything nowadays.

I'll second this,

The greatest shredders do have a unique vibrato to themselves apart from their other technical abilities such as speed,

Hehe, I thought you were advertising the private lessons ;-)
I just started learning the first lesson of the series after getting comments on my bad vibrato in past collabs. So let's see what kind of comments I'll get in three months! Then you'll get my testimonial tongue.gif Honestly, it already works after two days of practice...

I overlooked Vibrato for a long time as well. I thought it wasn't as important as other skills, but the more I play guitar, the more I realize how important good vibrato is. Its one of those skills that makes the guitar have a more vocal and singing quality to it.
