with the pickup switch in the middle, here are some clean tones on the fanned 7 smile.gif




Body: Northern ash (mine is a prototype painted black otherwise it's the same)
Neck: purpleheart and maple
Neck Construction: Bolt-On
Fingerboard: wenge
Scale: 27.5-25.5"
Radius: 20"
Frets: 24 Jumbo NiAg (57110)
Bridge: Custom Hipshot fanned 7 exclusive for S7G
Bridge Pup: Seymour Duncan Dino Casarez 8-string
Neck Pup: Seymour Duncan Phase 2 Blackout 8
Tuners: Sperzel Locking
Nut: Graphtech Black Tusq XL

Balance is acoustic guitar-like nice and tight smile.gif funny it somehow reminded me of an old tele I played a while ago with thicker strings.

I guess its not ment for that but how does it perform in bluesy solo tone stuff with bending?

Oddly, I had the same thought when I put the switch in the middle smile.gif It had an almost "tele" clarity to it.

It does really well on bendy bluesy stuff which I'll make more vids to show. The higher strings don't have as much tension as the lower strings so they are easier to bend due to the fanned frets.
