Lately this pain that goes from my fingers to my shoulder have been bothering be.

i feel like i haven't sleep for a whole week and all my bones are tired but only the ones from my left arm, that's th best way to describe the pain
and every time i do some pressure on the arm, hand, finger, the pain strikes harder, special on my hand and fingers.

any suggestion? should i check a doctor?

Pain in your left arm? It's a heart attack!

All kidding aside, if you feel that pain for a week straight now and can barely sleep you simply have to see a doctor, NOW!
I don't like going to the doctor myself, but this is about your health an possibly even about guitar playing, so go smile.gif

Hey mate, Can u describe the pain a lil more? where does it hurt and WHAT makes it hurt?

Like Gitarreo sez, you should see a Doctor, NOW. I have had a few issues with something similar, however my issue was fingertip pain, and ligaments in the finger themselvs...due to recently picking up the guitar again, after many years away, and moving to fast for my fingers to handle.

I saw a recent forum post by Todd Simpson, (don't quote me) he mentioned that.....This is not the gym....Forget the no pain no gain attitude...Something i was guilty of also...

But what he said was Very true, you feel pain? Stop and rest, there are no muscles in your fingers only delicate ligaments and bones.

Mate try t find the cause and go see a Dr.....

All the best

Stop playing straight away - don't pick up the guitar at all. Give it a few days.

GET TO A DOCTOR NOW.

Seriously, you only get one pair of arms and hands. You need them to play guitar. Nobody here is a health professional. Go get help! Today!

Over a week??? huh.gif I remember you talking about it in Todd's chat last Saturday. Please see a Doctor A.S.A.P.! This doesn't sound like a typical muscle pain.
