GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ In Response To "words Cannot Express How I Angry I Am."

So you're never going to believe this.

I was reading through here today, doing what I normally do, and that's admiring Gabriel's and Ben Nisenblat's videos, when I was just seething again because I remember how my guitar was stolen.

Then my roommate, Alex, calls me and is like, "Dude, you are NOT going to believe this." I said, "What?" He said, "Someone returned your guitar on the hood of your car." I was like, "uh...........BRING IT IN!"

Not a scratch done on it, or anything, perfect condition the way I kept it. I was BESIDE myself with joy!! Alex started feeling weird, and he was like, "You don't think I did it because I saw it, do you?"

I don't think he would do it...he's a musician like me...we musicians (and mostly guitarists) understand what it's like to lose our primary means of communication...like a singer losing his voice, or artist losing his eyesight. It's INFURIATING. But I just wanted to say thanks for the support!!

It's always good to know you have support everywhere you go...and from now on, my door is staying locked. Nothing has ever been stolen since August but my guitar...so yeah...not taking another chance.

Back to tackling Ivan's lesson on sliding pentatonic positions...peace everyone!!

Great news! biggrin.gif

It's a bit too obvious rolleyes.gif but it seems his bad concious got the better of him. Of course one can't be 100% certain, but I always doubt freak coincidents.

Good deal, even if your buddy did do it there is no reason to scold him he obviously felt remorse and would never do that again.

Well glad you got it back. I;d just leave it as it is with your roomate.

Who cares if he took it, if he did, he obviously learned his lessons by giving it back.

Great that you got your guitar back!

but if it was your roommate, as it would seem, I'd say: Forgive but don't Forget.

Yep. It doesn't matter who took it now, even if they told me, I would just be like, "If you want to borrow it, ask!" biggrin.gif:D

Yeah, they either got guilty, or got scared, because upon first discovery I put a huge hole in the wall in front of a huge mass of people. I was so angry. tongue.gif

But I'm shredding now! Yahoo!

Lol, and as a true citizen of Alabama, you know Birmingham is so high in petty crime. tongue.gif

Heh, pretty funky, but whatever - the important thing is that you got your axe back and you can PLAY!!!

Lock your door in future and be thankful that life isn't always as bad as it can be smile.gif
