> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

About 0:17 looks like You didn't make it to keep the synchro with drums but the beginning and the rest sounds better in case of timming. 0:48 also went a bit off timming. Try to separate the strength coming from the right hand. Keep Your hand a bit more relaxed (less power) when only down stroke the first two notes. Then You can concentrate to give more power on the open chords (third note per each 3 notes group). This should help smile.gif Anyway good work but still a bit to work on, to pass smile.gif))

Howdy mate - I agree with Darius' - the cramping in the right hand can be seen, so my advice - slow things down and focus on each and every detail. The more you get the piece into your system and play it clean and well defined at a slow tempo, the easier will be to get at the full speed and have a great take.

Keep rocking!

Cosmin

Hi man! Goo attitude on this take! As Cosmin and Darius said, you have to concentrate on your timing on this one. I think that you are not comfortable with the tempo yet so my suggestion is to use the slower backing to adjust timing and then get back to the normal tempo. Keep on the hard work! wink.gif
