Guitar Body Painting, Art, Graphics Programs...

Ok... so I got tired of waiting for Ibanez to make the guitar I wanted, so I ordered the closest match (PGM301). The thing is I hate the white, and the black painted f-holes.

So here is what I'd like advice on:

1) what free computer programs are available for me to paste in a picture of the PGM301 and then try different colors, graphics, etc? in prep for...

2) stripping and painting the body, or putting on some stick on graphic - any references, web sites, product recommendations/ideas from any of you?

Hello To Everyone Here

I just wanted to say hi to everyone and say a little about myself. I'm a biologist who has been playing guitar for 17 years. There has been a lot of "down time" with respect to my playing and practicing as it is not my profession and there were a few years here and there where not much playing got done at all. Nonetheless, coming here has really reminded me of how much I enjoy quality guitar playing. It has also really emphasized how bad, or rather, how unpracticed I am... and it's time that this changed!

I was immediately impressed by this site for a few reasons:

1) very good players (talent and HARD WORK)
2) intelligent conversations
3) well thought out design and delivery
4) respect and manners

Well, obviously I was sold because here I am. Also, given that I have just bought myself basically my entire dream rig (maybe a few bits left to buy ), I figure it's time to start justifying the money spent, and get down to some SERIOUS practicing. Frankly, my playing ability is not worthy of the equipment I have, but hopefully with some help from you guys that will change too.
