I'm afraid the guitar is too quiet comparing to the backing track. I cannot rate Your take. Please redo the mix, make it louder and repost the take. Cheers!

Hi Guitargenius, Welcome to the site. It's great to see you starting posting takes at REC!
As Darius said, your guitar is too quiet so it just impossible to give you a correct feedback of your playing. From what I can hear, you have some timing issues, and there are bends that don't reach the correct pitch. But please redo this recording with your guitar louder.
