Webcam Help

For example if you luanch SKYPE or if you are in facebook and do a LIVE STREAM it should see your camera. But until some app asks the camera to do something it will sorta just sit there. You can do this by pressing START menu -> Settings (cogwheel) -> Privacy -> Camera and then choose which apps are allowed to use the camera.
