Can anyone give me some ideas or techniques to make my tapping much more exotic and creative ? Im sick of the standard repetitive taps I do and I want to step it up a notch. Ik you can tap with sweeping and theres over the neck tapping and what not but what are some other cool ways to use tapping ?

Well, theres 2-Handed Tapping, its a little difficult for me, but i havent practiced it much. There are many other ways and patterns in Kris's lessons but i cant remember right now, maybe you might wanna check them out to get some ideas.

There's also bi-dextral (think that's the right term) where you tap using two fingers at the same time on different, usually adjacent strings and, perhaps a bit similar chordal tapping for extended voicings, for instance:

-----------------0-----------0---------------------
----------------------13(t)-------13--------------
------------10------------------------10----------
-------10---------------------------------10--9---
---5-----------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------

(Bit above from AH's song "Home")

Cheers,
Tony
