So first i saw that really cool shade of blue in that great les paul
then it was hmm purple...i guess i dig it
3rd up was thats the most disgusting shade of green ive ever seen
I woke up today and saw that they realeased the guitar in two new colors, metallic red which is pretty cool and *DRUMROLL* SILVERBURST! smile.gif
i wont buy one but im still excited by how gibson releases so much so frequently

I played the SG robot guitar on GC couple of weeks ago, and its just a mess of crappy tone. Atrocious is one word I could conjured up while playing it in the store. I also played it on a Lonestar and Mark IV, and my Schecter sounded 10x better than this guitar.

Even if it wasn't set up right, it shouldn't sound that horrible. Maybe its just a defect or something smile.gif

biggrin.gif At the first moment I thought it plays itself biggrin.gif If it tunes only itself its okay. But I don´t think something like this is necessary a nice feature but not necessary in my opinion.

AFAIK, the robot guitar makes you able to switch tunings instantly. Quite handy. wink.gif

QUOTE ("Steve Vai")
Start by playing something - a bend, a riff, a scale, a song - very slowly; if you make a mistake, start over; do this over and over, until you can play it flawlessly - and I do mean flawlessly - many times in a row. Next, gradually increase the tempo. Eventually you'll be flailing like a madman.
