I think you want one in the 7 series.
Either B7, B70 or B700. The B3 and B30 will also work and you don't need to drill into top So basically any in 3 or 7 Series Look here. http://www.lespaulforum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1614850 This post has been edited by OrganisedConfusion: Feb 22 2008, 03:25 PM -------------------- Gear Guitars:- Caparison Horus Snowcloud, Parker Nitefly M, Parker Nitefly SA, Gibson SG, Parker P10e, 40 Year Old Spanish Acoustic Amps:- Framus Ruby Riot 2x12" stack |

Hey mate!
I have a paul copy and I'm looking at this option too, the best option I've found so far was the schaller bridge, basically just screw it in, you'd probably want to install locking tuners to keep it all in tune. Total cost would be about £150 basically. There is another option that Robin had on his explorer but its about £250 and doesnt keep tune that well I believe. Anyway, heres a few links: Thomann to buy: http://www.thomann.de/gb/schaller_lp_tremolo_sch.htm Schaller site for more info: http://schaller-guitarparts.de/hp31092/Ass...-_Les-Paul_.htm A bigsby will lose tune really easily and probably require a bit of guitar routing, no idea of the cost either. Hope this helps!! -------------------- Don't Panic.

Dont think you can get locking nuts on their own but I was thinking of something more like:
http://www.thomann.de/gb/fender_schaller_l...g_tuner_sch.htm Dunno how good the tuning stability is for these things, but I'm assuming its fairly decent, Fender use them on the American strat models I believe. Edit: Quick search, I stand corrected, it'd be cheaper too if you want to do the modification of the original nut, £10 + £50-something = £60-ish overall. Link: http://www.guitar-parts-and-spares-uk.com/...arget=d255.html Obviously the dimensions would have to be spot on, I Dunno if a les paul neck would take 42mm or not. Actually, just checked mine - its a copy but that seems to be 42mm This post has been edited by Owen: Feb 23 2008, 02:18 AM -------------------- Don't Panic.

Hmm, would a bridge like a Bigsby fit on a Crafter Constantine?
