I'm considering doing some "practice with Cael" videos with the same lick played in say 70 bpm, 75, 80 and so on, with the lick being played the amount of time I would feel it needed to be practiced (it might be a repeating lick going for say 2 minutes straight in 16th notes at 100 bpm). Sort of like Frank Gambale's Chop Builder. I've always found it's much more fun to play along with someone, and most instructional videos doesn't do just that, rather they show something slow once, then fast and that's it.
