So I had some terrible weeks behind me..

My comp crashed and to practise with Iphone doesn't do it for me. Just used to play with comp.

Then I had some personal family matters as my big sister passed away in a terrible cancer. My focus hasn't been there for much.

I hope that I slowly will recover and I look forward to get into practise and making music soon enough!

The good news in this is that I finally invested in a new comp! An Imac 21,5".
I really need to get deep into this as its NOT like Windows;)
Will try to understand iMovie and to use the built in HD-camera and maybe get some better quality in my videos.
Garageband is looking interesting to and I guess I must put a lot of time here to understand it all!

But all in all, I really enjoy looking at lessons without lagging and to be a better part of this community further on wink.gif

Hey Nava, man I'm really sorry to hear about your sister. That's a tough one there.

Congrats on the iMac! Sounds like we're using the same setup pretty much. I use GarageBand to record and iMovie to make my videos. Once you find your way around they are both very easy to use. Shoot me a PM if you need any help.

Welcome back!

Very sorry to hear of your loss sad.gif But very encouraged to see you bouncing back and getting on it again smile.gif Congrats on your new macbook!! You can run REAPER on the mac, just like on the pc. I use GARAGE BAND quite a bit as it's very quick to track with. The built in camera and imovie should help a ton with video making smile.gif

Eventually, i'd suggest adding a copy of APPLE LOGIC X which is the new version of LOGIC that only runs on Mac. It's the main reason to own a mac IMHO. It's $200 which is honestly a steal.

Thx guys!
It really means a lot to hear the words coming from ur hearts!
Yes, I really believe that music has this power to cleans us and strengthen us in times of both joy and sorrow..
Been singing some songs with memories fresh in mind and tears falling from my eyes. Its hard but we all must face
reality in what comes along with it!

And I am really enjoying this comp though its like learning a new way to think in comp way...
Hope I will figure it out soon enough, but I'll get there eventually wink.gif

Thx again and its time to enjoy music in all its way!
