Here is a new song I've been working on, as usual I haven`t record the lyrics, but I'm working on them. What do you guys think? Any recommendations?

Nice! The structure is good and so is the playing. This one seems like it's begging for vocals. Also, for some harmony vocals during the chorus. It sounds written for vocals honestly. Good rock production here as well. Are you going to sing on it? I"d almost like to hear a female rock vocal on this track for some reason.

I get the same awesome Chris Cornell/ Audioslave vibe from you! Great production, tones and composition. Of course, we want to hear the vocals.

Have you experimented with layered vocal tracks so far? To expand Todd's idea a bit you could record harmonized lines to back the main vocal line up smile.gif

Hey mate! Another great track, and very related in style to the previous one! I think that you are building a good album with these tracks! Once again the band that comes to mind is Audioslave but this one also has its own personality. As my friends said, the next step is working on vocals for this one! The music sounds amazing. Also, be careful with the timing of the main riff once you record the final version.
Keep on rocking!!

Very cool sounding song draft!
You have all the elements down for a really nice song. My suggestion would be to see how sections blend with some vocals as you might want to rearrange some parts to have for example a clear intro and then enough bars of verse for vocals to develop. All the elements you have recorded sound very cool, try concentrating on the groove as that will be essential for this song when you go into the recording process. You might want to "simplify" some parts (just remove few notes) in order to get a better groove/flow.

Hope you make a full blown song with vocals out of this one smile.gif

I love this song! You're style, attack and finesse are almost identical to my bro who plays with me, tons of feeling!

When I hear this, I hear a mixture of (well my friend) and also the band "Fuel" in the Chorus sounding part and AudioSlave in the verse sounding part.

Not to skew your thinking because I would love to hear what you come up with vocally on your own - but the chorus-sounding part reminds me a bit of this...

Thanks a lot for your comments Todd, yes I'm going to sing, but now that you said maybe I'll invite a girlfriend to sing that would be cool.

Awseom gabi, I'll take care of the timing on the final recording, for the moment I'll work on the lyrics and melody and I'll post a draft as soon as possible and let you know.
