GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Famous Guitar Solos Lessons
Posted by: IzzyCom Nov 17 2007, 11:38 PM
Hello Kris and everybody at the GuitarMasterClass,
I have a suggestion to make,
Why don't you create a new kind of lessons, where we can learn famous guitar solos of our favorite guitar heroes,
I saw that u already (Kris) did that on Guitar Licks if I'm not mistaken,
Is it doable??
That would be really amazing!! it's much better than tabs!
and I think that u will attract even more subscribers
Thanks in advance for ur reply,
IzzyCom

The best thing about GMC is if you work hard, you wont have any problems playing those favorite solos

good answer

Mattacuk is right. It's better to spend time practicing technique in general, than a certain solo because with overall good technique you'll be able to play any solo in no-time.

I mean, once you become a good guitarist you'll be able to play anything you want in no-time. You won't need lessons on solos

I know ur right guys, If we practice we will be able to achieve these solos,
But I think it could be motivating to be able to play great solos of ur favorite guitarists in no timel
Sometimes u'll learn techniques while practicing them also!!
Anyways, guess guitar pro isn't a bad tool for that purpose!!
Cheers!

Yeah,I believe GP is nice tool if you wanna learn some famous solo,
tho I'll suggest using ear as well, maybe having GP only when it's fully needed.
