This sounds very interesting. It's a very good idea to use the lessons for ear training... let's see if this is possible with the current video player format. Thanks for the idea!

Actually I wasn't thinking so much in terms of being able to hide the main video, though that would be cool, but I was really thinking more of the slowed down videos the instructors do as they work through the lesson. Generally they play the phrase slow and then at normal speed. This would be perfect for ear training, though the tab they put at the bottom would have to be worked around somehow.Maybe it could be spoilered?

Tobias Not bad, through ear training you develop a sense of everything from timing, rhythm & melody. Makes you eve more conscious about the chords and the patterns.
