4 12" G12-30's

I stumbled across this auction today and was surprised at how relatively low the bid seems to currently be...
$31 with 5 hours left!

They are G12-30 MG 12"s 8 ohms.

The description says...
"These four 8 ohm speakers wired series /parallel makes a standard 8 ohm 412 cab."

Sounds good to me. I dunno, just seems pretty cheap, and should I be concerned about the wattage? My crate 4x12 (which I would replace the speakers with these celestions) I believe is an 8ohm cab, and I use a solid state 150watt Crate power block amp.

Anyone think I should give these a go, or can educate me more before the auction ends? Thanks!

Yep thats a sweet deal smile.gif ,but dont expect that price to stay the same when the auction ends.I hate selling my items on auction on ebay cause nobody wants to really bid till the last 5 Minutes.I prefer Buy it now or best offer on Ebay but thats just cause its quick and im a seller that wants to get the most out of my items.

My opinion is if the auction is for 4 12'' speaker's it will end at atleast $100.00 ,post a link so we can see tongue.gif .Also shipping will be very expensive for 4 of those speakers so check out what the shipping price is,that also could be why the bids are so low.Its gotta cost atleast $75.00 to ship that through UPS and thats hoping seller is on same side of states you are.Shipping prices are what kill me on Ebay laugh.gif

Just to let you guys know, I did not win the initially linked bid, but I won another that was identical to the first from the same seller.

Won the auction with a $66 bid, + $19 shipping! That's $85 for four Celestion 12"s! I hope they aren't lousy... I've never heard of a lousy Celestion though.
The seller is Dave from www.avatarspeakers.com , which I heard is a very reputable place for buying Celestions and Avatar cabs.

I'll be sure to do a review of them and I'll judge them against my crate 412 with sound sample
