So the way this works is that each brand starts with 6 points... every person can vote once per day.... all you have to do is give one point to your favorite brand of guitar or bass and deduct a point from your least favorite... just in case people are lost as to one i'm trying to say i'll get the ball rolling... for the sake of convience Squire will be apart of Fender and Epiphone will be apart of Gibson

I just put it because they're not that great for my style of playing but otherwise they are good guitars.

Schecter +1, obvious. Gibson -1 bc one of the few guitars I really couldnt cope with was the Gibson LP.

Nah, I completely agree with Miguel... In 20 years of being a musician, I've talked to a fair amount of guitarists, been to countless concerts, in all kinds of genres... The percentage of people playing Ibanez guitars, or proclaiming Ibanez to be "the best evaaar!!!" isn't even remotely close to the percentage of Ibanez-fans here. Actually, I had probably met more Ibanez-"haters" than real fans, until I came here...

Which doesn't mean I agree with them - Ibanez is far from my favorites, but I don't hate any guitar maker or brand (just a few models) - I've had a few Iba's between my hands, and like them fine - they just don't strike me as standing out in terms of anything. So this enthusiasm baffles me But then, I'm also not a "real" guitarist yet

Anyway, I see Gibson disappeared again - that's cheating, you know, they weren't down to 0 yet
