Hey guys, let's all post how we hold our picks. Here's my way, you can see that the pick tip is barely visible from above, it's easier to do pinched this way. Also, it's adjusted for more faster picking, although the position of the pick can drift a bit, towards the tip of the thumb:

First way is the classic one & the second one is when I want to play with fingers.
I hold the pick between the index & middle fingers.

Bingo! smile.gif Pretty much the same. I choke up on the pick a bit when playing/shredding/pinching.
