Hey guys, did you bought anything recently? I know it's time of holidays, we usually spend money on traveling, but perhaps you found something interesting? Would you like to share it with us?
I saved up all my pretty shiney pennies for a DT50 2x12 Valve Amp to go with my PodHD500 Multi-Effects.
Really worth it, sounds amazing with tweaked out tones (most the originals where a bit effecty for my liking)!
Lots of fun as they sync up with each other on the fly, change one and it updates the other's tone.
I guess this guy can show it off better than me, what you can jam out from it:
It's not exactly music gear - but I upgraded my bike
Wow, nice bike
Wow, nice bike
Some kind of gear
New webcam!
I got a Macbook It's the baby of the MacBook Pro line but it runs reaper and supports multiple monitors and outputs very little heat. Running my Tower machine is like turning on a space heater. With temps in the 98 plus range in Georgia that's just out.
Nice gear everyone, congratulations!
I just bought Boss RC-3 Loopstation last week......a great little toy.
Just about to place an order for a Gyratec XIV passive parallel EQ http://gyraf.dk/.
It'll take about 6-8 weeks to arive though as it's assembled by hand. I'll post more when it arrives.
hmm, a few weeks back I upgraded my amp to a Peavey Valveking 212 should have waited a little longer and got a Blackstar but live n learn
Pretty cool toys there guys
I've been GAS free for well over a year now, I believe the last gadget I got was my ME-70 which makes an excellent companion when I travel on weekends etc.
I bought a bass:

Sadly I haven't played it much
Wow, some nice purchases right there!
And Tony, if you find the time to tell us a bit about that EQ when it arrives, it would be great. It looks like a stunning piece
A TC electronics "Flashback" Delay pedal. Great stuff.
Not exactly a musical piece but it will be used for making music!
At long last I have been able to afford a new PC!
Quad-core, 8GB Ram, 500GB H/d, 1 TB Slave drive, 1 TB off-board, 1GB Graphics Card.
Also on order are some Midi Control Surfaces and a set of virtual DJ Decks too!!
Wow nice Would like to hear about that delay pedal, how is it?
This is next on my GAS list :
I'm starting to be a fan of Markbass gear
i got some sperzel tuners, and alnico pro II and soon a pearly gates, my les paul kinda model is going to be a little monster.
Over the past few weeks I've bought:
http://www.uaudio.com/hardware/channel-strips/la-610-mkii.html
http://www.aphex.com/products/exciter/
http://www.retro-channel.com/RR1-Guitar-Amp.html
The Retro Channel amp is already here, great amp! No tubes though, so a few of you might spill your coffee
But if you get the chance, try one! I did, and had to have it
...and yes, I know that my tube amp(s) should in theory "kill" this SS amp, but this amp is holding it's own against
more expensive amps with tubes all over the circuitry
The other two items is on their way, so hopefully I get them soon!
Edit: I also sold my soundcard, and have now ordered http://echoaudio.com/Products/FireWire/AudioFirePre8/index.php
Wow Audio, you have me intrigued about that Retro channel amp, must be good!
Sounds great for sure Awesome commercial
nice addition! Are they coming up with emulated bikes?
Wow, Audio, you are sure on the shopping frenzy man, awesome gear there
I'm not really rich, so it takes me forever to save up for stuff. That's why I thank GMC for the contests that won me POD Farm and the Tube Screamer. But the last thing I bought was probably the Drumkit from Hell expansion for EZdrummer. That was a big step up.
This is my new gear for the spaghettis!
*Bling Bling*
that's what i mean with luxury gab
I didn't get the Aphex after all, as they didn't have it in stock..
Doesn't matter though, I'll find some other gear I want instead
