huh.gif Hi I was just wondering if anybody knows what is a good guitar for someone with small hands? I am just starting out ,been playing for about 3 months but have trouble with certain pull-offs and chords when I have to stretch from the 5 fret to the eight fret. I am using my index and my pinky finger but am still stretching to far to be comfortable. Is there a guitar with a smaller fret board? If so maybe someone can tell me what to buy, maybe a few names that are not to pricey after all I'm just starting out. I have a Ibanez right now that was about $450 it sounds pretty good so I would like the next one to sound about the same if not better. Any advice would be greatly appricieated....thanks

Hey how's it going everybody. I'm from Canada and have never picked up a guitar always wanted to but thought it was to hard, went out bought my first one and guess what.....it is. It's really frustrating I don't even know how to read music let alone play it. I have had music in my family growing up dad played the drums ......no offense I hate the drums. There always been that passion when I hear a song with a screaming guitar in it, that makes me want to pick one up and give it a try but I have no idea, if any one out there can steer me it the right direction it would mean alot. I've never been a quitter and I really don't want to start now. Thanks Everybody unsure.gif

Welcome to GMC roggie. I only picked up the guitar 3 yrs ago so I know how frustrating it can be. If you have any questions just ask man. This place is a god send though and I'm sure you'll learn a lot. Just remember to keep it fun :)
