Does anyone have this web cam? It looks like it replaced the 9000. Looking at it and Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11...

I know many of you use Vegas, anyone using this latest version?

I'm using Sony Vegas Pro 10, and it's great, no problems with it at all. Anything above version 10 (10 included), should be good. Watch for the video track limit on the Movie Studio version, if you want to do some advanced projects tho..

BTW, I think for regular YT videos and other videos, this combo is very nice. Add some decent 500W lightning and background, and you will have very solid video quality.

I mentioned Logitech 9000 which I'm using and it works pretty good.

This one should be a new version of it. I just did a quick look on the internet and it seems that it's a bit dodgy piece of hardware.
It has some problems with shooting 1080P videos with decent frame rate (these webcams eat your computer resources) + there seems to be a problem with drivers and software (that makes it kinda unreliable). Maybe these are old news though and new software/drivers are available.

Vegas movie studio 11 should work awesome. Just check what the limitations are as Ivan mentioned.

The video track limit is 10 for this version with unlimited events per track. Hopefully that will be enough for my needs at the moment. biggrin.gif

Thanks for the warning. I will look into it. Also looking at a regular HD camcorder. Will depend on what the budget ends up being.
