Hey guys! I just found this article that is like a surprise to me because it says that "The number of the beast" by Iron Maiden has been voted as the best British album of the last 60 years. Isn't is awesome? smile.gif

It's has been a public vote for HMV. Check the list of albums:

1. Iron Maiden – 'The Number Of The Beast'
2. Depeche Mode – 'Violator'
3. The Beatles – 'Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'?
4. The Beatles – 'Abbey Road'
5. Pink Floyd – 'The Dark Side Of The Moon'
6. The Beatles – 'Revolver'?
7. Queen - 'A Night At The Opera'
8. Oasis – '(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?'
9. Adele - 21'
10. The Beatles – 'White Album'

Here you can find one article:

Wow, Depeche Mode is #2 and the Rolling Stones did not even make it on there? I would have thought "The Wall" would be way up there also! Oh well, at least Maiden made it!

Just take every Iron Maiden album and put it in a list.

Randomize the list any way you want, and put any "best" title on it, and bam, your done!

Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Judas Priest would all be in my British top 10...then again I'm biased towards the classic metal albums. At least Iron Maiden grabbed the 1# spot! cool.gif
