How’s it going people?. This time we’ll work on a Backing Track in the style of Dream Theater. I tried to take some things of the style of these great musicians but I didn’t want to complex the harmony too much, so you can work the solo in one scale without changing it all the time. If you have any doubt about the Backing or the Collab, just ask me.
Sign up guys and start to work!!

Deadline: 20th July
Key: G

I think this is in F#m.... No? I thought maybe I was tuned a half step up, by accident. But I double-checked. Are my ears deceiving me?

No, it is in G major or in E minor, you can also try with the E minor pentatonic scale, then you will know which one you prefere. To eliminate every kind of doubts I uploaded the guitar pro tab with the complete transcription of the backing track, you can use it as a guide. Thanks for your participation.

The backing is written in the key of G, if you want to use another type of scale that goes properly with this one there is no problem.
