Hi GMC,
As Christmas is getting closer I tried to capture some Heavy Metal Christmas spirit (again) on my guitar. This year I made a Heavy Metal version of Jinglebells. Hope you like it. If you want to play it, here are the files:
Hey mate - great video and nice lines I see you are practicing and writing which is a great thing! The more technical aspects in the playing can be polished so that they can make the piece shine even brighter.
I remember you were practicing some lessons based on technique, right? How are those coming along?

hehehe that's a really cool version mate! Great to see you recording tunes again. I like the overall arrangement and sound. As Cosmin said, there are technique things to improve like timing and vibrato, but we are on it in other parts of the forum. By the way, your technique is evolving very fast.
Congrats and thanks for sharing.

I haven't been practicing enough in the past few months. Going to pick it up again. My alternate picking is slowly getting better and starts to feel a little bit more natural. Still struggling with exact timing. On the other hand I never lost the confidence and fun in playing guitar.

Hey Jeroen! I'm sure that with the right practice regimen and combining the fun in playing, you can get to a whole different level of self expression How's that picking hands basics lesson coming along? I remember you were working on that one sometime ago

Haven't been practicing that one for some time now.. My time is consumed by starting my own company. -> Studio1175 Audiovisual productions
But holidays are here. So more time to practice!

Cool vid! Your production quality is great as always Your playing sounds very good and I like the MIX as well!! You are still falling in to the "all down strokes" trap a bit, but this is something you will fix as you go

I see, I see well, good luck with the new company I am one who understands the amount of work and struggle with having your own business, so I really wish you all the best and when things start to suck sometimes, brace yourself, clench your teeth and step further It won't be easy but the rewards are more than any employee would ever have.
