Gents,

Thanks again for all the advice on doing up my 20 year old Les Paul Copy.

Today I grabbed a couple of Seymour Duncan Phat Cats

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...A:IT&ih=005

Not sure if that was a good price but I'd sold a few other items on ebay and I had the cash in paypal so it felt more like a trade than a purchase!

Did I buy good?

I've read so much that my head is spinning so I decide to buy some seymours and give them a go.

Cheers
Mike

I will. I'm still a little nervous about installing them myself or even how they will sound but I'd heard so much good thinkgs about SD that I just decided to go buy & try!

They should sound great man!! Good purchase ! If you don't feel like doing it yourself take it to a local Luther should not cost much to replace the pickups! smile.gif

The PUPS have arrived. As luck would have it my local guitar shop closed suddenly on Wednesday (www.guitars.co.uk) so it looks like I will have to install these myself.

They came with a wiring diagram so what can go wrong smile.gif!
