Jul 6 2008, 06:45 PM	Instructor Posts: 560 Joined: 22-March 08 From: Normal, Illinois	What i mean by fret touch is how you attack and release a note even when not using a bend or Vibrato, most beginners, and even some intermediate players when they land on a note, have a tendency to make it just hit the note, but when you land on a note the way you touch the fret gives it a smooth sound and it doesnt sound dead. Its a very subtle thing, i like to think of it as mini-vibrato, even though your not really using vibrato its a very subtle movement of the string when landing on a note you are not bending or using vibrato on but it sounds like it has emotion and movement.
