Hi mate,

We are working together so you know what I think about your take. In order to summarize, here is a list of things to work:

- Vibrato: It's not consistent enough on this take. It tends to be weak.
- Bending: I note that many bends are not totally precise.
- Articulation: Some lines, mostly the ones that connects phrases are not sounding smooth. This can be related to the duration of the notes but also to timing.
- Pitch: Sometimes you seem to make too much pressure and this results on out of pitch notes (for example the double stops sixths).

However, I could compare this take with the previous that you've sent me and the improvements are very important, so you are on the right track, keep on practicing!

Hi Tim. I'm really impressed with your tenacity and dedication to guitar. The lessons you choose are not easy ones but you persevere anyway and it has definitely paid off.

Your bending is sounding a lot more confident now and your pitch control is massively better. This is a big leap in your playing. Well done!

Gabriel mentioned your vibrato. Vibrato is a tough subject. Although yours can be improved I don't mind it on this lesson because a subtle vibrato works just fine for slow blues. But keep working on vibrato and also applying vibrato to your bends.

Hand coordination is better on this lesson as well. It doesn't matter if you have to slow things down as long as your hands are both in sync.

Tone is just right

Blues phrasing requires a lot of work to get things sounding smooth. It can suddenly put a fast flurry of notes right after a slow section. Blues phrasing flows like the tide and it really is a player's experience that gets it sounding the way Piotr does. So my message to you is to keep doing what you're doing. You will get that smooth flow in your playing eventually - great work!

Hey Tim!

As Ben said - we are impressed with your addiction to the instrument. All the time you spent on playing does not go for waste. There is a huge improvement in your dynamics and intonation. Even if there are some tweaks to be done, there was a lot of good work done to make it sound like it does. It's really pleasant to listen.

My advice aside from what guys mentioned, would be to always spend some more time on rechecking the tuning on frets. I feel like some notes are not precise in pitch, and it's not necessary caused by the way you press the notes.
