I recommend downloading the trial version of Addictive drums : http://www.xlnaudio.com/?page=downloads

You will get all the midi beats you need with it...Just keep in mind that you will need a recording software that supports VST like Reaper to run it ! smile.gif

Cheers

EZD and Addictive drums also get my voice. You can take the drums from internet, import intro DAW, assign VST drums, and you're ready to go.

I don't understand...are you searching for written drum bases? or a software to write some?

I use Cakewalk to write all the drums, but if you want some written you can get a few Drummer Magazines and take those exercises like a starting point to write your own.

I think you search for samples. There is a system with Battery(VST).Where you load the samples you haw in your comp. There are some free samples on the net for shore, samples people made them self. But there as interesting thing to.If you are doing some thing other than rock or metal, for example some R n B.If you haw a mic,you can record the samples your self. Not just drums, any kind of rhythm hits. And just import in Battery and open key editor.

Other than that,Addictive And Ez are great,BFD is the best.IMO smile.gif

Addictive drums, definitely!
If you are trying to find drum parts, you can reap them out from midi file. Or get Band-in-a-Box!
