What can I say?

When Slash has his solo moment in the middle of the concert, you realise he really is quite a scrappy guitarist, there is no Paul Gilbert/John Pettruci precision to his technique and I love it. While we have Slash Rock n Roll in it's dirty, flaws and all embodiment is alive and kicking.

Everyone was on top form and the Arena was practically sold out buy the looks of it. Myles was fantastic not a bum note all night, and Todd the bass player is every bit the vocalist Myles is from the display I saw last night.

Myles is gracious enough and not a fool to know that the GnR songs are going to get the best response from the crowd, but in my opinion there are a good few new ones that can stand shoulder to shoulder with them.

The only downside of the whole evening was the 3 hour drive and the fact my wife had to get up at 5 for work this morning after 3.5 hours sleep.

Thanks for the pics and concert review! I've not seen him live with this band but sounds like it's worth a go!

Without a doubt, He still has the fire and passion, you wouldn't take him for being late 40's. I'm 41 and he gives me hope!!!!

The rest of the band are great and the nice thing is they all act like a band, it's not like it's Slash and his backing band or Slash and Myles and the backing band. The bass player actually takes lead vocals on a couple songs in the middle of the show and the boy can sing!!!
