I used this before and it was okay for like one use, i dont think i had any desire to use it again the day after though.

It is a cool program cause you can track you progress, I tried it and I liked it. But I didn't liked the exercises too much, and I stopped using it. But I think it is great and recommend it.

I hardly motivate myself by that. My real motivation is something that I really want to play
So, my new speed trainer is Mojo Oro Lesson  My goal is to record it on 85 bpm tomorrow,
