good review

You are back! Now maybe a mystery can be solved. I have never been able to figure out exactly what you are doing in part 3 of this really fine lesson. I am going to email you and ask if you can clarify things for me.

https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...muted-melodies/

edit: regarding the Zoom, I own one. Same unit, only mine is with the external expression pedal (which I prefer, external expressions work nice than built ins, they just are less compact). If you want to try out a multi effect, this is a good choice. I don't care for multi pedals anymore, just never could get a sound out of the ones I tried that equals what I get with a few Boss stomp pedals, or so it seems to me. But they are good to learn about things. For example I do use a compressor, I found that to be a nice thing if used properly, by using a multi effect. I also go the need for swirly type sounds out of my blood. Just tone controlling Boss pedals, echo and a wah, all I want.

Oh the Zoom has a pretty nice harmonizer, you would be surprised.
