Bath Guitar Festival

Guthrie Govan is doing a workshop and gig there so I would LOVE to go to that, thinking of doing the rock and beyond level 5 (grade 8+) but just a little aprehensive about the cost (£674 with the accomodation) - anyone else been before and is it worth the money? They were great fun and you get to meet some brilliant people and also learn from some superb teachers. I did one with Neville Martin and have to say it was well worth the money. Jun 14 2009, 06:29 PM	GMC:er Posts: 67 Joined: 27-November 08	cheers My mate went last year and said it influenced his playing since then a great deal... they give you a booklet with all the topics covered in the course, and at the end you do a gig to the public with the stuff you have learned so that will be a good experience because I havnt done much in that area apart from formal examinations!
