That said, the lack of heft does seem to limit some aspects of the tone. But mostly for low gain settings. I gotta say, I'd love of these. I can't wait to get my hands on one. They use CHEEEAAAAPPPPP pickups though per usual. I have the stock pickups in my 90s RG560 and they are a bit crap, but they do exaggerate the frequencies that help picking remain clear/distinct as they have a bit of a mid range hump and roll off the bottom end. But for general use, you'd probably want to replace them with something better. I was a bit taken aback when I saw the prices as I expected them to overcharge for the "Reissue" as other vendors sometimes do, but nope. Mid range price.
