Another is Clapton's Unplugged album.

One of the nice things about it is that he rethinks the songs and makes them work specifically for acoustic, so you get very different versions of Layla and so on.

I love the unplugged albums of the well known german punk band Die Toten Hosen (a pretty conservative unplugged album) and Die Aerzte (it is said that they took unplugged to another level by using saws, sweeps (the ones you clean with wink.gif ) and other devices that aren't meant for music). The Scorpions album Acoustica is pretty great as well. Hm...all german bands smile.gif
