Hi guys, I have just released this instrumental tune! smile.gif
It is a bass instrumental song and I tried to be as "simplistic" as possible. It all started with the driving drum groove and the rhythm bass part.

Hope you'll like it! smile.gif

I have just made my song available for free download on CD Baby - click here to get it : https://www.cdbaby.com/cd/bogdanradovic

YEAH!! What a fresh video. I think you really captured the vibe of the song in the video - awesome!

The song is addictive - especially that super simple descending verse. Also it's a perfect illustration of dynamics throughout.

Can't wait to see and hear more of these cool.gif

This one was done using a DSLR cam. It was all handheld (I had help smile.gif ) which allowed for some interesting angles.
The hardest part was finding the right locations. Playing scenes were shot on the roof of the building. I tried to illustrate the groove and feel of the song with the walking scenes. It was a matter of finding interesting looking surfaces (a lot of them didn't make it into the final cut). I went for close up types of angles overall and played with the focus.

It was a fun learning experience! smile.gif
Can't wait to try out some new stuff when recording/shooting new songs.

You must have done loads of different takes to get all the different angles. Did you do play through the whole song for all the other angles or just do bits of it ?

That is something that I would definitely recommend when shooting the music videos. Play everything in each angle - throughout. I haven't played in every angle both rhythm and solo and sometimes I would be missing parts of the song in some angles and it proved to be a bit problematic to put everything together in the end. It would be so much easier if I diligently played everything in every angle.
