My laptop is dying on me - freezes up - so behind the scenes I come close to saying some no-so-nice things...but I keep my cool. I walk away, get a drink of water, get focused again, and realize...this is just more practice I'm getting. I was also burning up in that hoodie. It's summer here. THis is a good thing, but you'll find yourself in the position where worthy people will be harder and harder to find.
