Hey Todd

I've been scouring the forums for weeks now, and your posts seem to be regularly peaking my interest.

So, i've been checking out the shred bootcamp, and i really like the way it progresses, and how structured it is. I relally REALLY like structure. smile.gif

I've just been wondering. How do i follow your boot camp? Is it one Lesson per week? And 30 mins per day? The number of lessons is really impressive. But looking at it this way, it would take more than 5 years, to complete your boot camp if i dont skip a single day smile.gif
So i might have misunderstood something

One last thing. Is there a specific target BPM for each lesson or perhaps in general?

Cheers from Denmark
Jay jay

WELCOME TO BOOTCAMP!! smile.gif Getting is very simple. I"ll make you a thread in my forum and send you PM to get you started!!
There is no target BPM, just a general order to PUSH YOURSELF smile.gif You can go at any pace that works for you but typically I don't "promote rank" more than once per day. You can do the entire book cam in one year if you do one MISSION per day smile.gif Some of the missions have 5 Battles/Tests in them, most of the early ones have only one or two smile.gif
