WELCOME TO BOOTCAMP!!
 Getting is very simple. I"ll make you a thread in my forum and send you PM to get you started!!There is no target BPM, just a general order to PUSH YOURSELF You can go at any pace that works for you but typically I don't "promote rank" more than once per day.
