So the Volvo Ocean Race finish is Galway this year and there are free concerts on at the Docks every evening

I stayed home last night fully knowing that Thin Lizzy were playing just 20 mins walk from my house.

Even worse they have Ricky Warwick from the band The Almighty on lead vocals and I was a big Almighty fan when they were a going concern.

I really should stop taking music for granted.

You stayed home even though there was free music? Even without free music, you stayed home when there was a chance for party and booze?

I was a big Almighty fan as well, I still listen to their first album there's some great tracks on it...... but it's no hot Brazilian chick! you are forgiven.
