Bookmarks, Deleting folders

Hi, just wanted to raise a small problemette...I've a few empty folders in my Bookmarks ( I can successfully delete folder contents), but I can't seem to delete the empty folders. I click on the red cross, click 'Yes' to confirm the deletion, but the folder does not delete.
Any ideas?!
