Hey there, Luciana. First of all, I'd just like to say that you have an amazing voice, I'd love to hear it put to a full song.

Anyways, I just wanted to get some input on my voice. I've been told I've had a good one, but I'm not sure myself. I'd like to hear your opinion.

The first clip is from part of a song called Laid to Rest by The Showdown. It's accompanied by an acoustic guitar, all finger picking.

The second one is my voice alone, an excerpt from 'From End to End' by Relient K. I think I messed up a bit near the end, but I guess we'll see.

I think I've got a fairly decent variety of ranges. Bass, Tenor, Alto, and a bit of Soprano. These two only showcase my soprano and Alto/Tenor (one of the two XD), so if you'd like more variety, I can do that as well.

(Keep in mind I'm only sixteen, so I have years to improve tongue.gif)

Look forward to hearing from yah!

God bless, kudos for now.

Hey there, Muris. First off, I just wanted to comment that you seem to be an amazing musician, and I very much enjoy your lessons, as well as the MP3s (WATER is one of my favorites). You seem pretty knowledgeable on the subject, so I'd figure I'd ask you.

I'd say I'm between the beginner/intermediate levels. I have a natural connection with music which allows me to learn things pretty fast. I'm just not exactly sure where I should move on from here. There isn't a particular 'style' I wish to learn per say, I'm trying to become a musician who's well rounded in about everything I do. I was just wondering if there was anything in particular you thought I should learn? Theories? Exercises? I would really appreciate the help.

Yah, I'm a pretty odd guy, what can I say. I've got a great love for basically any form of music (except for mainstream country, rap, and a number of pop singers I will not mention dry.gif). I've been playing the guitar for a while now, though I didn't really start picking up my interest in music until about a year or so ago. Though I am definitely not anywhere near as talented as a lot of you guys, I hope to pick up and learn a few things (more like a lot, heh heh).

I've got this natural thing for music, though I know very little scales, I find it quite easy to play anything by ear, even if I haven't heard the song before (what can I say, it's at little gift I've been blessed with). Maybe I'll run into some of you more often than others, and I hope to chat and collab with ya'll as much as possible, but for now I say God bless, and peace out for now.

Kudos.
