I've been listening to this band lately.
I used to listen to them all the time a few years ago.
I love them so much!
This is from their album "Burn the sun"

Glad you like this!
Jorn LANDE is on vocals, he's done quite a few different projects in the past.
I love that singer!

I've listened to them a lot actually smile.gif
Jorn Lande is one of the greatest singers in the world in my opinion.

Best norwegian singer ever, that's for sure! smile.gif

Totally agree with you!

"In 2005, Jørn also teamed up with Symphony X vocalist Russell Allen on the album The Battle, and their following album, The Revenge, released May 11, 2007." From wikipedia.

When I first hear him I thought that his voice is very similar to Rusell Allen`s voice, hehe and it turn out to be right, both are amazing! smile.gif

Really great band David! I started to dig them smile.gif Maybe you could do a lesson in their style? You need to do more raw, powerful metal! No excuses laugh.gif

Haha!
Thanks a lot man!

Great band David, thank you very much for sharing. I really like what I've heard so far... must go and find some albums to purchase smile.gif And your right about "Heal the Waters", killer intro!!!!

This band is awesome. Many people are saying that Jorn is a modern David Coverdale. He was supposed to sing on my album but all the songs were too high for him so I got John West. John told me that Glen Hughes once said "the only two singers that can continue the tradition from the generation after his are John West and Jorn Lande". I am happy I've got one of those smile.gif Once again, ARK is awesome and Jorn is awesome too.

Send him an email through his website and send demos. If he likes it and if you have the money he asks then the deal will be on the table smile.gif He has done many projects and always happy to cooperate. Your songs have to be rock/metal and the production should meet the industry standard. I hope you can get all that. Good luck.

Yeah, Roy Kahn in Kamelot is awesome as well, but Jorn is just a notch above in my opinion smile.gif
But he can give Jorn competition though, just not as versatile smile.gif

Ark rocked! Definetly a highly underrated and sadly unknown band filled with alot of talent.

Here's a good live clip of Khan in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOVW9GezQ0k
