I know there are some problems, such as the transition to the metal section as well as I think some parts in the metal section should be using the hi hat instead of the china crash to not block anything else out.

Constructive Criticism encouraged!

Im going to add keys to it very soon , and Ill repost!

Thanks!

Yeah sounded good T. smile.gif In the beginning, it reminds me a little of old school dokken, then as you get into it, I get a feel for a mudvayne type of sound. I agree with you on the cymbals but all in all, sounds good!

VOX Amplug Metal. Its pretty cool, heres a vid of Gustavo Guerra rippin' on one!

You can't get any clean tones from it, but it does sound pretty good for metal. No delay either.

I would use my Marshall Half Stack but it sounds really weird if I try and plug it into my comp right now, maybe some day ill mic it.

Wow, I didn't know you could use those for direct recording blink.gif
And sounds great too smile.gif

I've tried two of them, sounds great with headphones but I never thought of plugging them into my soundcard..
A very cheap and great solution, should be helpful for other members to know about this as well smile.gif

Thanks for sharing, great vid!

Yea, Id say, even though down here they are 70$ (canadian)

Regardless, they do sound pretty good, and will do someone like me justice for now.

Very good!

The fills on the drums are a bit repetitive to my ear, and although guitar playing is very good, I think more defined and focused tone can be achieved, specially around the low end which sounds a bit fluffy and loose. Try focusing the guitars more, and lower down the gain a tiny bit.

Here is the updated version, some piano was added (choir and a few guitar sounds).

I also added a piano ending, which comes in HORRIBLY (will need to fix next version)

And also thanks Ivan for your comments, I will also update those in the next version!

Hopefully after several revisions with your help I can get this sounding more professional

Yes that's interesting + on their homepage they say "100% analog circuit faithfully simulates the response of the original amps. " I assumed it was digital - cool stuff!

The drums were all done with Toontrack's EZ drummer. I was going to use my digital drums but EZDrummer is just so easy and sounds awesome.
