A nice guitar although I`m not a fan of plaintops smile.gif
The MIJ Epiphones are really great, I have an Epiphone Elitist which is also MIJ and the guitar is just perfect.

Ive always been the opposite, when it comes to Les Pauls Ive never been a huge fan of flamed or quilted tops. I prefer them to be stripped back with more of a classic workhorse look. I still think a plain maple top with a dark tabacco burst finish is about as close to perfect as it comes for a Les Paul.

Love the finish, looks like a great guitar. I'm waiting to buy a real Les Paul too, the wait is a bit torturous smile.gif

Well the guitar arrived safely, and extremely quickly on Tuesday. Only took 3 and a half days to make it from Switzerland blink.gif

I'll post up a full review whenever I can finally pry it out of my hands long enough to write one.
