Hey Bogdan.....After some downtime with te bass i have picked it up again and i wan to learn some songs that are easy but still cool to play...Do you have any ideas

In what style ?

I can recommend lots of stuff from RHCP like californication, scar tissue , otherside,Dani California,Give it away etc...Lot of easy songs there and they are just enough challenging to keep you advancing on your playing..

You can as every guitarist do, learn - smoke on the water too.Its got a cool bass line..

Also stuff from Nirvana is really easy to play..
Nickelback also...

Nightwish can be cool if you want to play it with a pick..

Guns n roses are cool and easy too..

Depends really what are you listening..

Its great you are back to bass

I really would like to play some metal bass but i think i have to get better at the bass first

Are you playing fingerstyle? If yes try some Maiden. It's challenging but really fun to play. And Metallica's for whom the bell tolls or Black Sabbath's NIB are STANDARD MUST BE KNOWN bass tracks.

I am not so good at fingerplaying yet but i am working on it so i would lov to play som slow songs if am going to use fingerpicking

I am working on Holy diver now.....It is not to hard and fun to play....I am trying to play both with a pick and wihout

I must tell you Bogdan that i have really found the fun with Bass now....played today and learned the rock bass lesson and i can play it at 80 bpm...Its a great lesson so keep them coming so i have alot to work on
