In this Quick Licks we revisit the "Pedal Point" Technique on a single string. Picking is dealers choice, though I'd suggest alternate picking as the best option as we don't traverse strings. This one requires a stretch/reach and that you use your pinky. It's written specifically to discourage using the firs three fingers as the first finger never moves and the pinky is the only option to reach the 10th fret. Then again, if anyone can do this with the first three, you are welcome to. Here is the vid and tab!

Look at him go!! No problems at all. This lick works on every string. Yet another great warm up drill and good way to work on synch, pinky stretch, etc. Your pinky has come a long way! I wrote this drill like this to make it virtually impossible to use the first three fingers alone to play it. The reach is just too far. You are on a roll!!

DUDE!! You have been practicing over the Holidays eh? Look at him go? Didn't even break a sweat, tight control over picking and fretting, good timing not rushing or lagging. It's all there. You had zero trouble at all with this lick and it can be a bit tricky if one isn't prepped for it. Not for you! KRUSHED IT!!!!
You just...
