I've been really impressed by triple gold medal from Usain Bolt
Then, a friend was saying me that he uses only 41 to steps to run the whole 100m
I was doing some calculation and the speed he can make a wholes step is something similar to playing tiplets at 87 bpm tongue.gif
That's absolutely awesome if you think that he has to move very long legs and we just have to move the wrist!!! ohmy.gif

And in few first meters while he gets a speed he has to make smaller steps. What would it be if he was running all time with full step smile.gif
