GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Student Award: Mhskeide

If you have been around GMC for a while - his username will be familiar to you. In fact - MhSkeide joined us in 2008, and submitted his https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=28000&hl= in 2009.

And since then - his progress has been remarkable.

Not only has he elevated his metal/shred chops to advanced heights - but he has also expanded his musical taste and commitment to the instrument to involve bluesy and highly dynamic lead guitar. You will even find he has explored our bass guitar content.

I personally find his journey extremely inspiring as it showcases the strength in choosing lessons based on your current musical preferences - and use this musical momentum to build your chops- and then expanding on it to include new styles as your taste matures. Mhskeide is living proof of this.

I like your takes very much and I also love the fact that you approach lessons from different styles. From my point of view, the main key behind of an awesome player it's to be versatile.

I feel we need to get better at acknowledging all students who have outdone themselves with progress (and we have many more of them!)

Would be nice if there could be a gallery of award owners, might encourage folks to push that bit harder to get recognised
