Festive Challenge Backingtracks, A Suggestion

Hey Guys I have been working my way through both Gabriel and Ben's Festive challenge lessons, (getting ready for the Christmas season early) and noticed that you can download backing tracks for one of the songs in the challenges but not all three. For instance in Gabriel's festive challenge you can download the backing for "winter wonderland" but not for "Jingle Bells" or "O Holy Night" My suggestion is that since the backings for each individual song are already there, why not make it where you could download each one? That way if you wanted to work on say, the beginner level jingle bells you could download that track and be able to do that. So basically for each festive challenge lesson you would end up having three possible tracks to download, and you could download and start to work on one song, or all three! Just a suggestion, and I have to say I am really enjoying working through the festive challenge lessons, its really been a workout for my technique, but I can already tell I am improving my overall playing by going through these lessons. They Rock!! biggrin.gif Hope to see another set this year at Christmas!

Very well spotted. Those are a bit special lessons regarding backings.

Here you can download the backing tracks :

Thanks Bogdan! I hadn't thought of actually going back to the original thread and getting the backing tracks that way!
Gabriel- Yes this solved the problem and I have been working on the festive challenge lesson that you did, as well as the one which Ben did. I love the Petrucci style licks in your "Winter wonderland" and I actually have been using your "O Holy Night" lesson to teach myself how to sweep pick. biggrin.gif
